Who we are

Outlaw Division makes printed collector cards of real cars. We're based in Pensacola, Florida.

Your car and your photo

When you send us a car, you're telling us it's yours, that you have the owner's OK, or that it belongs to family or a friend and the card is a gift for them. The photo has to be one you took or have the right to use. On a claim ticket, we took the photo.

If we learn a car isn't yours, isn't a gift for its owner, and the owner hasn't agreed, we cancel the order and refund anything not yet printed.

We hide faces and license plates on every card, at no charge, on every tier. If you spot something else you want hidden, tell us before you pay and we'll hide it.

Your photo stays yours. The card's design and words are ours.

Seeing your card

We make one card from what you send and show it to you as a watermarked preview, usually within two days. Seeing it costs nothing. If you walk away, you owe nothing.

Each car gets one look. If you send your own photo, you choose how it sits on our order page before you send it. After that, changes of taste (the words, the crop, the photo) aren't part of the preview.

Mistakes of fact are different. If we got the year, make, model or your numbers wrong, tell us and we fix it free, on any tier.

The preview is for deciding. Please don't print it or post it as a finished card.

The rough draft on our order page is different: it's drawn on your own phone, nothing is uploaded until you send the form, and the real card is made by us from your photo. Share the draft if you like.

Buying

The tiers and prices are on the site's Pricing page and at checkout. What you get is what that page describes on the day you pay.

Sales tax is added at checkout where it applies.

Refunds

You can get a full refund, shipping included, any time until your print order is placed. We tell you before we place it. After that the cards are being made for you, so refunds are only for the shipping problems below.

If your order hasn't shipped within eight weeks of payment, you can ask for a full refund, whatever the reason.

Refunds go back to the card you paid with.

Printing

We print in weekly batches with our print partner. Allow about four weeks from payment to your hands. Dates are estimates, not promises.

Printed colour never matches a screen exactly, and stock and finish can vary a little between batches. That isn't a defect. A misprint is (a card cut wrong, smeared, or missing part of the design), and we reprint it free.

Shipping

We ship within the US only. Shipping is charged at checkout.

If you choose hand-off, it's free and for Pensacola only. We set a time and place with you, and your order counts as delivered when it's in your hands. Choose hand-off from outside Pensacola and we'll ask you to pay shipping before it goes out.

If tracking shows your order delivered to the address you gave us, it counts as delivered. If the address you entered at checkout was wrong, resending costs the postage again.

If your order arrives damaged or never arrives, email support@outlawdivisioncards.com within 14 days of delivery or of the expected delivery date. If it's damaged, include photos of the cards and the packaging. We handle each one case by case, usually with a reprint or a refund.

The Most Wanted

One per car, for the life of the car. The written card prints in holographic foil and comes with a full-photo card of the same shot on our standard stock. The photo is retired the day it prints and is never used on any other card.

If a Most Wanted arrives damaged and we replace it, the replacement is the same card with the same number, not a second one.

Posting your car

We only post your car or your card with your OK in writing first. A card bought as a gift stays private: we never post it without the car owner's OK in writing.

Limits

If something goes wrong with an order, the most we owe you is what you paid for that order.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the date at the top changes. The terms on the day you paid are the ones that apply to your order.
