The short version: we collect what we need to make your card, we never sell it, and we delete it when you ask. Questions go to support@outlawdivisioncards.com.

What we collect

• What you send us: your name, a phone number or email, the car, your photo, and any numbers or notes you add.
• On a claim ticket: we took the photo of your car. The claim number links that photo to your card.
• If you pay: Stripe handles checkout and collects your payment details and your shipping address. We see your name, your address and what you bought. We never see your full card number.
• Visits: our site and card pages count visits with Cloudflare and Netlify analytics. We don't run ad trackers.

What we use it for

To make your card, send you your preview, answer you, and print and ship your order. We text or email you about your card and your order. We don't put you on a mailing list.

Who sees it

• Us.
• The services that run each piece: Netlify (this site and its forms), Dropbox (if you upload a photo there), Google (our email), Stripe (payments) and Cloudflare (card pages and visit counts). They hold it to run their service for us.
• Our print partner gets the finished card artwork, nothing else. Never your name, contact or address.

We never sell or rent your information.

Your photo

Your photo stays yours. We use it to make your cards. We hide faces and license plates on every card, and we only post your car or your card with your OK in writing first.

How long we keep it

While your card or order is open, and after that for our records. Payment and tax records we keep as long as the law requires.

Want your photo and details deleted? Email support@outlawdivisioncards.com and we delete them, except the payment and tax records we have to keep. Cards already printed can't be unprinted.

If this page changes, the date at the top changes.
