THE FILE · FORM v15 · SERIES I · ONE FILE PER VEHICLE
This is the file on your car. Short answers, the agreement signed in the same sitting, and an optional section at the end if you want the history in the file too. Just want to be in the system? The short form takes a minute.
Outlaw Division makes collector cards of real builds. This form opens the file on yours. The car gets a case number; the cards come out of the file.
WHAT YOU GET A case file on your car, card copy the house writes from your answers and your photographs — you tell us about it, we word it — and a proof you approve word by word before anything prints. Three cars already on file are shown below.
WHAT IT COSTS Filing is $0 and commits you to nothing. If your file is accepted, $40 opens it: five cards of the car as it stands, plus one of every earlier era it turns out to have. Refundable in full until the print order goes in. The full sheet is further down this page.
WHAT IT TAKES A few minutes of short answers. Photos go in separately, through a link in section 06. Nothing prints without your written approval.
Already on file? This form is for new vehicles only. To order more cards, file a change to your car, or ask about your Most Wanted slot — reopen your case here.
This opens a case file on one car. Every photo, every era, every version of it goes in this one form. Got a second vehicle? Fill it out again — each one gets its own case number.
You only fill this out once per car, ever. If something changes later, that's an amendment to your file, not a new form.
These are the founders' vehicles — every card below is real and printed. Swipe each row, oldest on the left. Watch the diamonds climb as the car moves through its phases; the last card in each row is the car as it stands. That's what section 04 builds from your story.

Each of the three has one. Printed in holographic foil, numbered, shipped with its Rap Sheet — and the photograph is retired the day it prints. One per car, for the life of the car. No reissue, at any price.

What you're looking at is the artwork. The printed card is a physical object with foil, weight and a finish that a screen cannot show you, and that gap is not a small one. Consider this the trailer.
Read them like a date. ◆ is the car at the beginning. ◆◆◆ is the car as it stands now. ◆◆ is somewhere in the middle.
They mark where the car was, not what the card is worth. Three diamonds doesn't mean rare — it means late.
A car with only one era carries none at all. Nothing has happened yet to put in order.
(D) dyno · (E) estimated · (F) factory. Every figure on every card carries one. An honest estimate is worth more than a confident guess, and nothing gets printed that you didn't give us.
Straight off the title or the door jamb. Blanks are fine — we'll ask if we need one.
However you'd say it out loud.
T5, 4L60E, 700R4, ZF6 — whatever your people call it.
Every number we print carries a tag saying where it came from. An honest estimate is worth more than a confident guess — nobody gets marked down for saying "estimated."
List it however you'd say it out loud. Parts, work, paint, wheels — bullet points, no sentences needed. If nothing's been touched, write stock. That's an answer, not a gap — unopened is a character.
This sets the TIME SERVED line on the card.
Sold and former vehicles are fully eligible. The case number belongs to the car, not the owner, and a released car closes its file properly instead of just stopping.
Check everything that applies. We'll pick the one that reads truest and show it to you on the proof.
Optional, one line. "Bought it for the color" is a complete answer.
One photo of the car is enough to start, and every good shot you send can be its own card. Send them from every era you have — the day you bought it, halfway through, on the trailer, the day it was finished. You're not submitting a photo. You're submitting a file.
Straight off the phone. Don't email them and don't text them. Both quietly shrink your photos on the way out, and there is no way to put the detail back afterwards. The link below takes them at full size.
SEND YOUR PHOTOS →It opens a drop box in your name. It's upload-only: you can't see anyone else's files and nobody can see yours.
Do this before or after you file — either order works. Put your name in the box so we can match them to your case.
Common — the standard card. Your car as it stands today, and the only tier that can be printed again.
Uncommon — earlier versions of the same car. Stock, mid-build, on the trailer. These only exist if the story you filed in section 04 says they do, and they close permanently once the car moves past them.
One Uncommon per era, not per photograph. Send four shots of the same bare-shell stage and that stage is still one card — choosing the frame is our job. Extra copies of an era you like are available, priced per card. Extra versions of it are not, because an era you can have four ways isn't an era, it's a photo album. That's the whole tier.
Most Wanted — one per car, ever. Foil, a numbered Rap Sheet insert, and the photo is retired the moment it prints. Nobody else can have that shot of that car.
| The file | Your case opened, the copy authored, five commons — five different frames of the car as it stands, not five of one card — and one of every earlier-era card your car turns out to have. A car with four configurations gets three of those on top of its five commons. A car with one era gets the five. Same price either way, because you're paying for the file, not the card count. | $40 |
| Extra cards | Beyond the five commons and one of each era. Any card in your file, as many as you want, quoted with your proof once you've seen what you're buying. Commons are reprintable, so you can come back later too. | $2 ea |
| Most Wanted | Added to the above. Foil, one per car for the life of the car, and the photograph is retired the moment it prints. Ships with its Rap Sheet — a separate tarot-sized file card, printed once — in a magnetic case. It costs more because foil is a print run of its own. | +$50 |
Filing this form costs nothing and commits you to nothing. If your file is accepted, one payment — the $40 above — opens it. That pays for the authoring, the render, and your five commons; there is no second bill. Extra cards and the Most Wanted are added at approval, if you want them. Refundable in full, any time, until your print order is placed — and you'll be told before it's placed. Nothing is printed until you've approved every word.
SERIES I PRICING
These are mine to submit and I had permission to be where they were taken. Outlaw Division may crop, adjust and use them on the cards and in photographs of the finished cards — these and any photograph I send for this vehicle's file later, so you won't be asked to sign again when you add more. The vehicle itself is never altered. Any person's face gets cropped out or that photograph isn't used. Same for plates and addresses — tell us and we'll handle it.
The card copy is written by Outlaw Division from what I've told you. It is not printed as I wrote it. I will be shown every word before anything is printed and nothing prints without my written approval. The authored copy and the card design belong to Outlaw Division; my facts and my own words stay mine. Outlaw Division is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or licensed by any vehicle manufacturer, and nothing here obligates either side to produce or accept anything. Either side may stop at any point before printing — if I withdraw, my file closes, nothing is printed, and my case number is retired unused.
Type your full name. That is your signature on this page.
Everything above is enough to build your card, and you can stop here. This section is where the card starts to reflect your car and not just its spec sheet. How you came by it, what it's been through, what it was before it looked like this — the things a photograph can't tell us. The more of that we have, the more the card can carry. It is not required, and nothing is held up if you leave it blank.
Open box. Ten minutes if you've got a lot to say, one line if you don't. We still do the writing — tell it the way you'd tell it at a meet, and don't try to write it well. The Records Unit reads this and works out your car's eras, and you confirm every era before anything prints, so a detail you forget here is a question we ask later, not a mistake on a card.
Anything you want on the record. If it helps to have something to push against, these are the things that tend to earn a card: how you ended up with it · what it was when you got it · everything that's been done to it since, oldest first — a drop, a repaint, a swap, all of it counts · whether it ran and drove through each stage or sat apart · the closest it ever came to being gone · who did the work · the one thing you'd never have let anyone else touch. Take them in any order, or ignore them and just talk.
Pressing the button below sends this straight to the Records Unit. You don't have to copy anything, open your email, or remember an address. You'll see it land.
Your statement is in. Nothing else is needed to open the case. You'll get a reply with your case number.
One thing left: the photos. Upload them at the link below. Don't email or text them; both shrink your photos on the way out. Put your name in the box so we can match them to your case.
SEND YOUR PHOTOS →Your release is signed and on file — section 07 handled it, so there is nothing else to sign. Nothing gets printed until you have approved every word of the card text.
That didn't go through — could be signal, could be us. Your answers have been copied to your clipboard instead so nothing you typed is lost. Paste them into an email, attach your photos, and send both to the address below. Your file opens when that message arrives.
